Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal: You can return any product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do this, email rsinilill@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number, then send the product back within 14 days of notifying us to:

The product should be unused and, where possible, in its original packaging. You pay the return shipping cost.

Refunds: We refund the product price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the returned product. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged products: Under EU law you have a 2-year legal guarantee. If a product arrives damaged or stops working because of a defect, email us a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you, and you don't pay any return costs.
